Group coaching programs are intentionally limited to no more than 8 people at a time to ensure that each participant gleans the most possible value in the coaching.

Additionally, participants receive significant discounts on subsequent Personal Coaching fees for those who wish to continue working with me one-on-one.

The Career Audacity Group Coaching Program

This 4-week program brings together 4-8 fabulous people who are tired of playing by the rules and ready to make things happen in their careers. So much more than a typical self-help and goal setting program, this program will change your life!

Expect Results! Participants in this program will hone a new empowered attitude to guide you through your professional roller coaster ride. Together we will clarify your goals, build an action plan with built in accountability, and develop strategies to support you along the way. You will walk away more empowered, motivated, and well, AUDACIOUS!!

Here’s how it works: Each 90-minute session is held from the comfort of your own home using web conferencing technology. There is prep work prior to each session and a short recap exercise after each session. In terms of time outside of the group sessions required, that is completely up to you. Like in all coaching relationships, you get out of it what you put into it.
