How the program works ::
Each week you will receive a fancy-pants email from me. In it will be an introduction to the week’s coaching topic, a pre-work assignment to prepare for the week’s PACT Sesh, the link to the webinar + conference calling numbers + any related instructions, and any pertinent announcements. It will also have the recording from the prior PACT Sesh in there for you to review. (I may throw in a snazzy gift from time to time, too!)
The magic of the program resides in the PACT Sessions. These are 60-90 minute group coaching webinars held weekly where all participants join in…the Video Invigoration I promised you! This is not school; it’s a expertly facilitated group coaching program. That means I’m guiding you through a co-created coaching process. Co-creation means that what transpires here comes from both you and me. My presentations are deliberately loose in structure so we can go where the conversation needs to go and I’m skilled at seizing coachable moments. There is not a set amount of information to be covered…rather there’s a structure to our coaching process.
I ask that you submit weekly recaps to me at the end of each week (oh okay, I’ll accept blog posts or videos or audio files, too). This is where you reflect on the impact this week’s PACT material + coaching experiences had on your progress toward your dreams. It’s a quick-and-easy way to make sure the coaching conversation sticks with you and gets you into action. Think of it like your personal journal of your 12-week experience.
Investment :: $250 per month for 3 months or an upfront fee of $650 smackers.
